Back pain part 2

             Neck pain can appear in both categories of people. Who conduct active or sedentary way of live. Because of poor body posture. Some people have hyper lordosis such as dowager's hump, which cause by disturbances of the muscles.

First thing use the rule of PRICE. Massage therapy, physiotherapy, painkillers, ointment or help yourself in home with this simple tricks.
